Brandyn grew up in Southwest Virginia and was drawn to the Financial Planning industry by his realization that while money isn’t everything, the proper management of money can help better the lives of people today and in retirement. With that passion he would go on and graduate from Virginia Tech in 2021, after only three years with a BSBA in Finance. After completion of the Virginia Tech CFP Program, he worked briefly at Equitable Advisors. Quickly he realized his passion was really doing holistic financial planning and seeing clients reach their goals. With that in mind he joined us here at Sound Harbor in the Spring of 2022. Brandyn has his Series 7 license and is helping the team by working as a Client Service Associate and Paraplanner.
When Brandyn is not in the office, he is keeping up with all things Virginia Tech sports, snowboarding, playing pickleball, and taking advantage of living on the coast. Whether it be surfing, fishing, or just relaxing on the boat.
